UniKit provides the software code (JavaScript/Wasm), but the actual processing of files (merging, converting, encrypting) is performed by your device's hardware (CPU and RAM). We do not upload, host, or view your files.

Consequently, UniKit acts as a tool provider, not a data processor. We are not responsible for the contents of the files you process, nor can we recover files if your browser crashes during an operation.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Files: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any document, image, or file you process using UniKit. Since we do not store your files, we claim no rights over them.

Our Technology: The interface, logo, code, design, and "UniKit" brand are the exclusive property of Behruz Rajabov. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our source code for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using UniKit, you agree NOT to use our services to:

Process illegal content, including child exploitation material, malware, or content that incites violence.
Attempt to crash or overload our website (DDoS attacks).
Bypass our ad-blocking detection measures or interfere with the delivery of advertisements.
Misrepresent the source of the tools or frame our website within another service (iFraming) without permission.

Violation of these terms may result in your IP address being permanently banned from accessing our services.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

Specifically, we do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free (browser compatibility varies).
The results of a file conversion will be 100% accurate (e.g., complex PDF fonts may shift).
Your device will be able to handle extremely large files (limited by your RAM).

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Because files are processed locally, we are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or breach of privacy caused by malware already present on your device.

UniKit is a free service supported by advertising. By using the site, you consent to the display of advertisements. These ads are served by third-party networks (Google AdSense). We do not control the content of these ads and are not responsible for the products or services they promote.
